Richard C. Huseman, Ph.D.

Dick Huseman is a consultant, executive coach and professional speaker. He builds upon his years of university experience (having served as a professor, department head and dean) as well as his varied corporate experience (including serving as the Global Manager for Executive Knowledge and Education for a Fortune 50 corporation). He has authored 13 books and written more than 100 articles and professional papers for journals and for national and international professional meetings. In addition, Dick draws on his years of experience as an independent board director where he has served on audit committees and has chaired compensation and human capital committees. He was the founding editor of the Corporate Knowledge Center at the University of Southern California.
Zulema C. Seguel

Zulema "Zu" Seguel is the co-founder of Executive Development & Education and has worked with Dick Huseman for over 12 years. She is the director of our Orlando-based operations and is responsible for the coordination of most of our corporate coaching initiatives including the facilitation of our online assessment tools. Zu is a major contributor to most of our published materials including several of our more recently published books. She received her undergraduate degree from Stetson University and has continued her graduate work at the University of Central Florida.

Kathy Edwards is an organizational development consultant and executive coach with 15 years of management experience in both the public and private sectors; including leadership positions in local governmental agencies, not-for-profit federations and commercial enterprises. While her professional interests encompass the entirety of the field of human resources, she is particularly interested in the effect managers have on the performance of their employees. Kathy earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Central Florida in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at the University of South Florida. In addition to operating her consulting practice, Kathy currently works as a consultant in the executive leadership program of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
Karen Inscho

Karen Inscho is an executive development consultant and executive coach with over 15 years of management experience, including several years as a regional director of sales and service at Charles Schwab and Company. Karen has worked as an executive development consultant with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts researching, creating and implementing tools and processes related to succession planning and increasing executive bench strength. Karen earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Central Florida specializing in Human Resource and Change Management. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University.
